JPM Prestige Paintworks Ltd – Trading as ‘Prestige Paintwork’
Terms and Conditions (v1.0 01.07.2020)

These terms and conditions relate to any JPM Prestige Paintworks Ltd work taking place on or after 1 st July

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any work with us. You should
understand that by booking any work, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You
should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

1. Booking services

Information of our services can be requested via Facebook, WhatsApp, our website
(www.prestigepaintwork.co.uk) or by phone (+447597980961 – Joshua Mays). Please notify us of
your interest and we will make contact and provide you with any information you may require. Once
your quote has been accepted, we will then send you a selection of dates from our continuously
updated calendar to help you select from our availability. Please note this calendar is a guideline and
we cannot guarantee your selected dates will be available. These dates will have been provided to
multiple customers and will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.

2. Description of services and pricing

At JPM Prestige Paintworks Ltd we provide repair and coating services to many industries. Due to
the nature of our repairs and the bespoke work carried out each quote is provided with individual
pricing. Please send us a request and we will provide you with a free, non-obligatory estimate.
Please note that estimates are to be confirmed upon viewing and inspection of the vehicle and
additional work may be added on a variation order basis.
We predominantly provide services to retail customers, but we also have pricing options for ‘Trade’
customers. A trade price guide can be provided upon request.
JPM Prestige Paintworks Ltd reserves the right to change prices without notice. JPM Prestige
Paintworks Ltd also reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

3. Booking confirmation

Bookings cannot be processed without all requested information being provided in full. This allows
us to provide appropriate planning, health & safety, and security measures at different addresses.
Once the booking date(s) have been agreed and deposit payment has been taken you will receive a
booking confirmation via email. The deposit payment will always either be the cost of paint,
materials, and parts OR 20% of the complete bill (Whichever is the greatest amount).

4. Cancellations

JPM Prestige Paintworks Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel any booking times, dates, or
published prices. Changes to service/booking prices, times and dates will be advised before the

booking start date and any booking already paid in full will not be subject to any increased price. Any
travel, accommodation or subsistence costs incurred (including incidental costs such as car parking)
are entirely the responsibility of the delegate or the delegate’s organisation. JPM Prestige
Paintworks Ltd does not accept any liability for reimbursement of any costs incurred whatsoever in
relation to its bookings.
Please note that some services are weather permitted. If a booking has been cancelled, customers
will be offered an alternative date for the same service.

5. How to pay

Once your booking is confirmed we will send you a deposit payment link via Zettle (Paypal), which is
to be paid via Card Payment. This deposit amount will always be either the cost of your paint,
materials, and parts OR 20% of your total quote.
Once the job is complete a card payment can be taken for the remainder of the invoice. We also
accept a direct bank transfer; details are provided at the bottom of your invoice. Cash payment can
be accepted, if this is how you wish to pay, please make us aware in advance. We also do not accept
payments in any currency other than UK pounds sterling. You will not be eligible to receive your
service until your deposit payment is received.

6. Booking cancellations and refunds

All cancellations must be received in writing with a minimum of 5 working days’ notice prior to the
arranged start date. Any cancellations within this period will not be entitled to any refund. If you
wish to exercise your right to cancel your booking, JPM Prestige Paintworks Ltd will refund any
payments according to the above cancellation policy. If payment for the order was originally made
by credit or debit card, any refund will be made back to the same card. If payment for the order was
made by direct bank transfer, a refund will be made by direct bank transfer to a bank account that
you elect.

7. Specific needs

JPM Prestige Paintworks Ltd aims to ensure that its services are accessible to all. If you have any
specific needs, such as disability requirements, please advise us at the earliest possible time and we
will contact you to discuss your requirements. It is the responsibility of customers to inform JPM
Prestige Paintworks Ltd about any specific needs or requirements they may have.

8. Data Protection Statement

JPM Prestige Paintworks Ltd is registered under the provisions of the UK Data Protection Act 1998
and as of 25 May 2018, will be subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). JPM
Prestige Paintworks Ltd keeps any personal data concerning you in confidence.
Please make us aware if you do not wish for anonymous footage of your repairs/services to be
posted via our website or social media platforms.

10. Complaints Procedure

At JPM Prestige Paintworks Ltd we are committed to providing a high standard of customer care. If you are not
happy with any element of the service that you have received from the Training Centre Team, please

11. Photography and GDPR

In accordance with the provisions set out in the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), we will
hold all data provided as Data Controller. Details of how your data or that of the learner(s) will be
taken, held and used is set out in our Privacy policy. If you have any questions regarding the storage
or use of the data please refer to the policy or direct the questions to

12. Governing law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
